The movement of money through the rails of crypto is— JacksClub casino, and that influences all these. Funds in BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, BCH, DOGE, XRP, TRX and BNB arrive immediately on receiving network confirmation. At Jacks Club casino currency balances may be held in USD, EUR or any of thirteen other currencies –UK players frequently cash out in GBP and will thus convert their £s at time of point of purchase. Cash outs are processed back out through the same coin; typically within 0 to 72 hours, without fee from us and with no maximum on BTC withdrawals.
Funding Your Account
Every deposit here is a crypto deposit. There is no card form, no bank transfer screen, no Faster Payments. You just send coin to the address we generate for you, it confirms on the blockchain and the balance appears.
The coins we accept are:
Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)
Litecoin (LTC)
Tether (USDT)
Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
Dogecoin (DOGE)
Ripple (XRP)
Tron (TRX)
Binance Coin (BNB)
Practical minimums sit around £8 to £10 worth of coin for most networks, mainly because anything smaller gets eaten by miner fees. There’s no maximum from us. If you want to move the equivalent of £40,000 in one go, the network will carry it.
We don’t charge a deposit fee. What you will pay is the network fee charged by the blockchain itself, which on TRX or LTC is pennies and on Ethereum can be a couple of pounds when the chain is busy.
Most non-crypto holding players in the UK will want to buy via a regulated exchange or broker first. UK bank debit cards, Faster Payments bank transfers and Apple Pay all work on those platforms and some banks have their own policies on what they do and do not allow you to purchase with regard to crypto, so check with your bank before depositing a large sum. When the coin is in your wallet it takes around thirty seconds to send it over.
Method Processing time Minimum Deposit Fees Bitcoin (BTC) 10 to 30 minutes £10 No from us, network fee will apply Ethereum (ETH) 2 to 10 minutes £10 No one of us, application of the gas fee Litecoin (LTC) 2 to 5 minutes £8 None from us, approximately 0.03 per network Tether (USDT) 1 to 10 minutes £10 None from us, network fee applies Bitcoin Cash (BCH) 5 to 15 minutes £8 None from us, minimal network fee Dogecoin (DOGE) 2 to 6 minutes £8 None from us, around £0.20 network Ripple (XRP) Under 1 minute £8 None from us, fraction of a penny Tron (TRX) Under 1 minute £8 None from us, near zero network Binance Coin (BNB) 1 to 3 minutes £10 Not one of us, small network fee
Sending Funds Step by Step
Log in, then open cashier from the top bar.
Pick the coin you’re playing. Nine choices, and whichever coin you choose has to be the same thing that goes out of your purse.
Copy the deposit address or scan the code to deposit into your wallet app.
Paste the address into your wallet, type in the amount, double check the network you selected.
They confirm the send and wait for confirmations.
All in all, about 2 or 3 minutes of your time. The natural delay is highly dependent on the blockchain, not us. More often than not, XRP or TRX will finish long before you switch another window/tab.
Anything after 1 hour? Grab your Transaction hash from your wallet and send it to [email protected] or hit live chat. 9/10 we will see it went to the wrong network, with the hash we can trace it fast and work out where it went.
Getting Your Winnings Out
Cashouts are processed with the same nine tokens we take for deposits: BTC,ETH, LTC, USDT, BCH, DOGE, XRP, TRX and BNB. We recommend you to withdraw to the method you have used for deposit, as it keeps security tight and avoids awkward questions in future.
A JacksClub withdrawal is typically approved and sent within 0 to 72 hours. Plenty of them clear in minutes. The longer end of that window usually means a manual check, a first payout, or an unusually large amount.
Minimum withdrawal sits around £16 worth of coin on most networks, a little lower on LTC, DOGE, XRP and TRX where fees are tiny. On the other end there’s no cap in Bitcoin at all. No daily ceiling, no weekly total, no monthly limit on BTC payouts, which matters if you’ve just hit something big and don’t fancy collecting it in instalments over three weeks.
We do not charge a withdrawal fee. The only cost is the network fee to broadcast the transaction and on TRX that’s practically nothing.
Method Processing time Minimum Withdrawal Limits Bitcoin (BTC) 0 to 72 hours £16 Unlimited Ethereum (ETH) 0 to 72 hours £16 No fixed cap Litecoin (LTC) 0 to 72 hours £12 No fixed cap Tether (USDT) 0 to 72 hours £16 No fixed cap Bitcoin Cash (BCH) 0 to 72 hours £12 No fixed cap Dogecoin (DOGE) 0 to 72 hours £12 No fixed cap Ripple (XRP) 0 to 72 hours £12 No fixed cap Tron (TRX) 0 to 72 hours £12 No fixed cap Binance Coin (BNB) 0 to 72 hours £16 No fixed cap
Requesting a Payout
Go to open the cashier then the withdrawal tab.
Choose the coin, for the coin you put in.
4. Please submit your external wallet address. Verify if the first and last 4 characters of your addresses match your wallet.
Input the desired sum to be removed.
Verify the request and pause for the approval message.
As soon as it’s approved, it registered on the chain and the time it takes to reach you depends on the coin itself. XRP and TRX arrive nearly immediately. Litecoin and Dogecoin may take a few minutes. Bitcoin requires block confirmations so expect between 10 minutes and 30 minute after broadcast. Ethereum and BNB are somewhere between depending on this congestion.
If you’re then converting back to £ on the other side, your exchange will have its own processing window on top (usually same day – UK bank transfers).
Verification Before Your First Payout
The reason for the checks is, quite simply, that we need to be sure we know who we’re giving money to, as per our licensing regulations with the Anjouan Gaming Board and, more practically, to prevent someone who has obtained your login from emptying the account.
The usual requirements are a government photo I.D. with name and photo (such as a UK passport or driving licence) proof of address (like a bank statement or council tax bill) no more than 3 months old plus proof that the wallet you are using to withdraw to belongs to you
Uploads occur in your account settings within the verification tab. Photos taken from your phone are acceptable so long as all four corners are visible and there is no blurring. 99% of donations are verified within 24 hours and can be faster during European daytime hours.
You do this one. Once cleared, future payouts go directly to processing unless there is a change made to the account.
Keeping Your Money and Data Safe
All pages and transactions are transmitted via secure/encrypted connection. All wallet addresses, balances and details are encrypted and daily operations support staff do not see the full records.
As we’re on crypto, we’re never storing your card number and bank details. There’s just no stored card on record to leak.
We automatically pro-actively identify strange activity: for example sudden change of withdrawal address, login from new device with a big cashout, deposit activity that doesn’t correspond to account activity. These types of transactions are manually reviewed before processing.
Responsible gambling options for UK players include being able to set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from account settings, limit a loss, set session reminders, create a cooling off period or
request a longer self exclusion. Limits that restrict your activity come into force immediately. Lifting one does not. We would also refer anyone concerned about their gambling to GamCare and BeGambleAware. We do not charge for any of these services.
Am I able to deposit using a UK debit card or bank transfer?
Not actually with us. We only take crypto deposits. This in most cases is BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, BCH, DOGE, XRP, TRX and BNB. What users in the UK most commonly do is buy the coin on a fully regulated exchange (such as Kraken) with a debit card, or a Faster Payments transfer from their bank account, and then direct it to the deposit address we provide. That purchase from the exchange could take a few minutes to clear, but after that you are ready and each subsequent top up takes seconds.
Why is my withdrawal still pending after a day
Our defined window is 0 to 72 hours, and a payout time hanging at 24 hours is still within the expected range. Typical explanations for a longer delay are first cashout waiting for an account verification, and the fact that a payout address doesn’t match anything in our usual records, or a withdrawal amount that’s big enough to cause a manual intervene. Want to know exactly where the thing is? Send [email protected] your username and we will tell you exactly where it is, rather than resorting to sounding like a robot.
Q. Do you get a proportion of my payout?
No. We don’t have withdrawal fees for any of the nine coins. There is only the blockchain network fee needed to make the transaction, which goes to miners or validators, not us. On Tron and Ripple it’s fractions of a penny. On Bitcoin in a peak period it may be a couple of pounds, which is worth thinking about with a small withdrawal.
How many withdrawals am I allowed to make?
Bitcoin cashouts unlimited, no daily, weekly or monthly maximum. The other coins also have no limits but very large transactions will be checked before being released.
I made a mistake and sent crypto to the wrong network. What is the outcome?
Send us the transaction hash immediately. With that we will be able to determine if there’s a chance to get the coins back. Some cases may still be recoverable, like a USDT sent on an unsupported chain but with a different ticker. Others truly can’t be recovered by anyone once they’re on an unsupported chain with no known private key for that address. The network dropdown in your wallet is more significant than the address itself, which is why we’d recommend sending a test transaction first for a new coin.
Is there a maximum i can deposit per week
Yes, and it takes around a minute. Log in to your account preferences and set a deposit limit by day, week or month in whatever currency your balance is in. Setting a lower limit takes effect instantly. Raising a limit will take account of a cooling off period so you don’t set a limit to end a session in the heat of the moment. Loss limits, session reminders and self exclusion all live under the same heading, and the support team can do any of them for you if you’d prefer not to.
