Requesting a Payout

Check that everything is OK before your first payout?
The reason for the checks is, quite simply, that we need to be sure we know who we’re giving money to, as per our licensing regulations with the Anjouan Gaming Board and, more practically, to prevent someone who has obtained your login from emptying the account.

Bitcoin withdrawal is unlimited. There is no daily, weekly or monthly limit. for other coins there is no limit also but extremely large single transactions may be reviewed prior to processing.
I transferred crypto to the incorrect network, what should I do
Send us your transaction hash immediately. We can verify with it if the funds have arrived somewhere we can recover. Some transactions can be reversed, for example a USDT transaction on a chain that we support with a different ticker. Others literally cannot be recovered once on a chain with no private key for that address. This is why the network dropdown in your wallet is more important than the address, and why we prefer you send a test amount first with a new coin.
Can I have a weekly deposit restriction?
Yes, and it takes about a minute. Simply open your account settings and set a deposit limit by day, week or month in the currency that your account balance is held in. Any time you reduce your limit, the process is instantaneous. If you want to raise a limit, there is a cooling off period so that your decision isn’t made in the heat of a session.
